Description

The 12th International Conference on Modulated Semiconductor Structures (MSS-12) will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Albuquerque, New Mexico, July 10-15, 2005. MSS was first held in 1981, and is recognized as an international forum that provides the opportunity to view the latest progress in the physics, formation, processing, and device applications of modulated structures.
